Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have a dedicated building covering 4,000 square meters as a showroom where many of our items are displayed.
Do you offer samples and what is the cost?
We offer samples for a fee. However, if you place an order for a full container in the future, the sample fee will be returned to you.
Can you provide customized product services?
Yes, customized products are available. Simply send your design pictures and detailed specifications, and our professional designers will work to create the sample product you require.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is 5 sets.
What are your payment terms and guarantees?
We require a 30% deposit for standard products and a 50% deposit for custom orders, with the balance due before shipment. We provide a 1-year warranty on product frames.
